How We Find Your Property Value

One of the most common questions we are asked is how we calculate the cash as-is value of a home and how that differs from a traditional buyer.

All buyers including OutFactors will evaluate the cash value of a home based upon the location, condition, age, size, features, quality of finishes, market conditions, competition, neighborhood and local school system ratings.

The difference is that a traditional buyer will evaluate all of these factors with respect to livability and how well it suits their desired lifestyle.

As a cash buyer of homes, OutFactors will evaluate all of these factors based upon the level of risk involved, amount of cash that needs to be deployed, the time required to repair and then resell the home.
